Influencer Program Terms of Use

Welcome to Influencers (the "App"). This App is owned and operated by Influencers ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using our App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to create an account and use this App. We comply with global privacy regulations (including GDPR and COPPA) and do not knowingly collect data from minors.

• Account Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account details updated.

• Account Security: You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Premium Subscriptions and Payments

• Subscription Purchases: We offer Premium Subscriptions that grant access to advanced features. Prices are subject to change at our sole discretion.

• Third-Party Payment Providers: Payments, payouts, and financial transactions may be processed through third-party platforms (such as ruul.io for our Influencer Program). We are not responsible for any technical errors, transaction failures, or system downtimes caused by these third-party services.

3. Acceptable Use and Community Guidelines

You agree NOT to use the App to:

• Violate any local, national, or international laws.

• Engage in fraudulent activity, including creating fake accounts, using bots, generating fake traffic, or manipulating tracking links.

• Post or share content that is defamatory, obscene, political, illegal, misleading, or harmful to the reputation of the "Influencers" brand.

• Spam other users with unsolicited messages or referral links.

Enforcement: We reserve the right to investigate, suspend, or permanently terminate your account immediately—without prior notice or liability—if we suspect any violation of these guidelines or fraudulent behavior.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

• Our Content: All content, trademarks, logos, and software within the App are the exclusive property of the Company. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for its intended purpose.

• User Content License: By posting content, reviews, or marketing materials related to the App, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, and irrevocable license to use, modify, and distribute your content for promotional purposes across any media channel.

5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

• "As-Is" Service: The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that the App will always be secure, error-free, or uninterrupted.

• Financial Fees & Restrictions: We are not responsible for transaction fees, currency fluctuations, or regional/country restrictions imposed by your bank or third-party payment processors.

• Damages Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

6. Term, Modifications, and Termination

• Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

• Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, at our sole discretion.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Turkey. Any legal dispute, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Turkey, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
